Tigers Varsity Baseball Wins 6-0 Behind Austin Conley's Complete Game Shutout

The #2 Fishers Tigers Varsity Baseball Team (22-4/11-1) defeated Columbus North Bulldogs on Monday night 6-0 behind Austin Conley’s 2-hit complete game shutout. Conley (2-1) was outstanding on the mound. He allowed only 3 baserunners (2 singles and a hit by pitch) and finished with four 1-2-3 innings, including retiring 11 in a row from the 3rd inning to the 7th inning. Conley finished with 8 strikeouts. The Tigers scored all 6 of their runs with 2 outs. Brady Carman reached on an error in the 3rd with 2 outs. The Tigers then received back-to-back-to-back RBI hits to score 3 runs. Deagan Repp singled to right to score courtesy runner Owen Lukac. Huston Dunn followed with a double to left centerfield to score Repp from 1st. Zander Carnahan completed the rally with a single to center to score Dunn. The Tigers had a repeat with 2 outs in the 5th. Repp walked with 2 outs and stole 2nd. Dunn followed with an RBI single to right centerfield to score Repp. Dunn stole 2nd and scored on Carnahan’s RBI double down the left field line. Trevor Hall scored the final run of the game in the 6th. Hall singled to left to lead off the inning. He eventually stole 2nd and 3rd and scored when Carman reached on an error with 2 outs. Dunn and Carnahan both had 2 hits, including a double and 2 RBI. Repp added an RBI and a single, and Hall had a single. The Tigers stole 7 bases in the game (Hall 2, Repp, Dunn, Carnahan, Lukac, and Collin Hebert). The Tigers wrap up their regular season and conference season later this week with a 2-game series against Brownsburg Bulldogs. The Tigers will travel to Brownsburg on Wednesday before hosting the Bulldogs on Thursday night for the final game of the regular season.
