Your Tigers were able to avenge a semi-state loss from last season against the Royals and came out with a 3-2 victory at Roncalli last night in a very close match. Scores were 21-25, 25-22, 25-18, 14-25, 15-11. The offense was led by senior OH Nate Fitzwater, who recorded a total of 34 kills and a .435 hitting percentage. Senior JT Guler had command of the offense all night, finishing with 62 assists. JV1 lost a close 1-2 match while JV2 lost 0-2. Next up JV1 and Varsity host Harrison tonight at The Cage, while JV2 hosts Lafayette Jeff in Aux 1. JV1 and JV2 matches start at 6p with Varsity following JV1 in the main gym.
