By Matt Poisel | May 16, 2026 3:00 PM

The Fishers Tigers JV1 Red (13–7, 8–6 HCC) used a two-out offensive outburst to power past the Lawrence North Wildcats, securing a 13–2 victory in five innings. Fishers wasted no time getting on the board in the top of the first inning. Chase LoGreco led off with a double and advanced to third on a wild pitch. Kellan Ferguson then drove him in with a groundout, giving the Tigers an early 1–0 lead. The Tigers broke the game open in the second inning with an impressive two-out rally. Eli Poisel reached on an error, and Kellen Miller followed with a walk. LoGreco capitalized on the opportunity, delivering a single to score both runners. Ferguson, Preston Tidwell, and Hayden Dowell each added RBI singles as Fishers plated eight runs in the inning to take control. The offensive momentum continued in the third. Jackson Pinchouck smacked a two-run double, and Tidwell later ripped an RBI triple into the left-center field gap, extending the Tigers’ lead. On the mound, Hayden Dowell delivered a strong performance to earn the win. He pitched four innings, allowing just two runs on two hits while issuing two walks and recording one strikeout. Drake Carnahan closed out the game, tossing a scoreless final inning and adding a strikeout.
