Fishers Varsity Tigers could not keep up with New Palestine 4-1 on Wednesday.

New Palestine added to their early lead in the bottom of the second inning after #5 doubled down the right field line, and #12 grounded out, each scoring one run. #17 earned the win for New Palestine. The reliever surrendered two hits and one run over six innings, striking out five and walking one. CJ Smock took the loss for Fishers Varsity Tigers. The hurler went one inning, allowing two runs (one earned) on one hit, striking out one and walking one. Adrianne Cook and Frankie Jackson were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected one hit for Fishers Varsity Tigers. Bella Balbo led the team with one run batted in. #10, #5, #27, and #3 each collected one hit for New Palestine. #5 and #12 each drove in one run for New Palestine.
