Fishers High School swim and dive head coach Joe Keller has been named the Hoosier Crossroads Conference Boys Swim/Dive Coach of the Year in his ninth season leading the program. Keller guided the Tigers boys team to a 7-1 dual meet record and their sixth consecutive HCC and sectional championships. The team capped the season with a fifth-place finish at the IHSAA State Meet. Individually, Alex Koo delivered a standout state meet performance, winning the 100 Butterfly and breaking school records in both the 50 Freestyle and 100 Butterfly. Diver Mason Lawson earned state runner-up honors in 1-Meter Diving while setting school records in both the 6-dive and 11-dive formats. Keller credited his athletes' response to a challenging year — following a significant graduation class — as a source of particular pride. Their commitment to upholding a culture of excellence produced results consistent with the program's high standards. Now in his ninth year, Keller has built one of Indiana's most consistently excellent boys aquatics programs on a foundation of culture, process, and daily accountability.
