With an opportunity for redemption the Silver Lady Tigers took to the field with a score to settle against the visiting HSE Royals. Rylan Christianson moved to the 6 and was tenacious to win the ball back. Ashley Jackson played as an outside back and frustrated the Royal wing attack. Maddie Poppe was a wing midfielder and pushed into vicinity of the Royal den on several occasions. Tessa Pettygrove took up guard in the middle and left the Royal attack hungry for opportunities. Emma Dean was a threat out wide and had produced several crosses into the 6. Lexie Pritchett was feisty defensively and won the ball back for Tiger attacks. Gia Tumber was able to weave her way through the Pride and create attacking opportunities. Jaidin Millsaps took post up top, but was able to chase down Royals deep in our defensive third. Anna Williams was a scout in the center and distrupted the HSE attack successfully. Olivia Weyer played hard in the wide defensive area and shut Royals down! Brooklyn Ferrell marked the 9 Royal and made life challenging for any try at our goal. Alexia Denney started in goal and ended the half with a clean sheet. Riley Brinson continued the tough defensive stronghold in the back. Maddie Meier dominated the middle of the field. Reagan McMullen stepped up her defensive ability and pounced on the Royal wings. Samira Lee had no fear of lossing one of her nine lives and clawed after the ball. Tseganesh Gregg used her cat like senses to win the ball and set up scoring opportunities for the Tigers. Caydence Wood crouched and waited for her chance at the Royal goal. Eliza Ulicny guarded the lair with nimble movements. Taylor Garardot leapt to numerous defensive stops. Silver Lady Tigers played a much improved defensive game. Next game against Zionsville. Be safe Tiger Nation.
