The Tigers would add 2 more runs in the top of the 2nd as Jack Backofen led off the inning with a double. Kyle Manship doubled off the wall to score Backofen and then scored himself on Tanner Bindley’s double. The Royals responded with 1 run to try to keep pace. Each team kept fighting to add more throughout the game.

Kearschner tripled for the Tigers before Seefeldt’s doubled scored him in the top of the 3rd. The Tigers would add 2 more runs in both the 6th and 7th inning. Seefeldt finished 3-4 with a double, 2 runs, and 3 RBIs. Manship finished the day 2-3 with 3 RBIs also.
