The Fishers Tigers hosted the Pike Red Devils to open the 2020 home season. Pike put together a potent rushing attack as Isaiah Martin had over 240 yards on the ground. The Tigers fought all night and tried to make a late comeback, but ultimately fell short. Lucas Prewitt found Landon Morris for a 35 yard touchdown and also kept it himself for a 1 yard sneak to account for the Fishers scoring.

The Fishers Tigers defense started off the game strong to force a quick punt from the Pike Red Devils. The offense put together a nice drive including a 3rd down pass to Jeffrey Simmons before the drive stalled at the 21 and the Tigers turned it over on downs. On the first play of the drive, Red Devil running back Isaiah Martin broke loose for 36 yards. On 3rd down, Anthony Cialdella found Lamar Echols for a 25 yard touchdown to start the scoring. Fishers answered with a consistent drive of about 8 yards every play to drive down the field to get into the Red Devils red zone to end the quarter.

The Tigers went for it on 4th down to start the quarter but the pass was broken up to give the ball back to Pike. On 3rd down, Martin again broke away for an 86 yard touchdown run. Fishers responded with a good drive to get across midfield, but a high snap put the Tigers in 2nd and 31 and the offense was not able to recover and eventually punted. The Tigers defense forced a quick punt as Seth Dunnuck broke up two passes to force a punt. As the half wound down, Prewitt found Simmons over the middle for 48 yards to get into the red zone again, but the Tigers again could not find the end zone. Pike looked to run out the clock but Martin again burst through the middle for 68 yards, but Shane Cole made a touchdown saving tackle. Cialdella found Zavier Simpson for a 19 yard touchdown to give Pike a 21-0 halftime lead.

Defense was the name of the quarter as both teams punted to start the 2nd half. The Tigers forced a punt after a big sack midway through the quarter. Fishers finally got on the board as Lucas Prewitt found Landon Morris for a 35 yard touchdown pass. Pike responded and drove down the field to end the 3rd quarter.

Abdur-Rahim found Cam Green for a 13 yard touchdown to start the 4th quarter and extend the lead to 28-7 for the Red Devils. Fishers responded with a great drive capped off by a 4th down quarterback sneak by Prewitt. After a quick punt, the Tigers tried to make a comeback, but another bad snap forced Fishers into a bad down and distance and the Tigers were not able to respond. Pike ran out the clock to earn the 28-14 win.
