The Fishers Tigers junior varsity basketball team fought hard but were unable to come away with the victory against the Zionsville Eagles. Fishers started out well but were unable to get anything going offensively in the 2nd quarter. After a battle in the 2nd half the Tigers rallied and were up by 1 after a clutch 3 by John Entezari who had 10 points for Fishers. With just seconds left Zionsville brought the ball up the court and a foul was called on their final shot and they were able to hit 2 free throws to put them up with only a second left. Fishers was unable to make their desperation heave and suffered the loss. Prewitt led the Tigers with 13 points, Millsaps had 8, Forbes and Stringer each with 5 and Brewer had 3.
The Tigers are back in again in their final game of the year at home against North Central.
