Fall Conditioning for the 2021 track season will start with lifting after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Tuesday, October 27, 2020.
The Winter Conditioning Call-Out Meeting will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020 via Zoom. Email Coach Belloli email@example.com if you have any questions.
Winter Conditioning for distance runners will begin on Monday, November 30th at 3:45pm. Email Coach Belloli firstname.lastname@example.org if you want more information about distance conditioning.
Winter conditioning for throwers will begin with lifting on Tuesday, December 1st. Email Coach Daub email@example.com if you want more information about throwers conditioning.
Winter conditioning for sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, and vaulters will begin with lifting on Tuesday, December 1st. Email Coach Stein firstname.lastname@example.org if you want more information about sprint/hurdle/jump/vault conditioning.
The official season call-out meeting date will be held via Zoom in late January (date TBD).
Official (mandatory) practice will begin on Wednesday, February 17th after school in Aux Gym 2.
Please do not come to weight lifting or any other part of conditioning unless you have completed the following:
- You must have turned in a completed IHSAA Physical to the athletic office: IHSAA Physical Form
- You must complete all required online forms by selecting “Register an Athlete for Sports” at https://fishershs-ar.rschooltoday.com/node/129. Please indicate all sports that your child plans to participate in for 2020-21.
- New athletes and parents to Fishers High School must visit the Fishers Athletic Department to complete an IHSAA Athletic Transfer prior to participation (this does not include incoming freshmen, only new sophomores, juniors & seniors).
