Girls Junior Varsity Track & Field, Girls Varsity Track & Field · Girls Track Lifting Begins Tuesday October 27th

Lifting for girls track athletes begins Tuesday, October 27th.  Lifting will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-3:15pm.   Lifting Calendar October-November 2020

You will meet outside the weight room (near the entrance to the pool).  Come to lifting dressed and ready to lift.  Check in with Coach Daub (on Tuesdays) and Coach Stein (on Thursdays).

You will need your water bottles since the water fountains are off and you will have to wear your mask the entire time in the weight room.

**Before coming to lifting, you must complete the following (please do not show up to lifting if you don’t have everything completed):

  1. You must have turned in a completed IHSAA Physical to the athletic office: IHSAA Physical Form
  2. You must complete all required online forms by selecting “Register an Athlete for Sports” at indicate all sports that your child plans to participate in for 2020-21.
  3. New athletes and parents to Fishers High School must visit the Fishers Athletic Department to complete an IHSAA Athletic Transfer prior to participation (this does not include incoming freshmen, only new sophomores, juniors & seniors).
  4. Print off and fill out and bring it with you on your first day of lifting the IHSAA Health History Update Questionnaire and Consent & Release Certificate:
