2020-21 Athletic Participation Requirements
We would like to express our gratitude for the collaborative efforts and guidance from the HSE School Administration, Fishers and Hamilton County Health Departments, Community Health, IDOE, and the IHSAA.
As we prepare to return to athletics on July 6th, we need to make sure all of our athletes have the following steps completed prior to participation.
Steps to follow:
**Athletic Physicals: Per the IHSAA, athletes that had an IHSAA physical on file for the 2019-20 school year will not be required to submit a new physical for 2020-21. IHSAA Physical Form
**The IHSAA has added a NEW Health History & Consent and Release form that must be completed by a parent/guardian of all athletes for the upcoming 2020-21 school year prior. Turn this signed form in to your coach on your first day of participation.
**Register an Athlete for Sports: Online forms for the 2020-21 school year must be completed.
**Transfer students must be enrolled in Fishers HS and complete the IHSAA Athletic Transfer process.
**HSE School District “Re-Entry Guidelines” will be required (details forthcoming).
We are excited for the safe return of our athletes and coaches and we appreciate everyone being patient as we navigate these new guidelines.
