Conditioning for the 2020 track season will start with lifting after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Thursday, September 5th. Meet in the weight room (right next to the pool) after school. Lifting should last from 3:15-4:00pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Please make sure to check in with Coach Stein, Coach Hitch, or Coach Rogers after lifting.

Athletes must have a current physical on file in the athletic office & complete the Register an Athlete for Sports prior to any participation.
Please do not show up for lifting until you have turned in your physical to the Athletic Office and have completed your online registration.
