Fishers High School
Anderson High School
Varsity got back to its winning ways tonight with a 3-0 win at Sectional opponent Anderson. The Tigers swept the Indians 25-8, 25-11, 25-8, thanks mostly to consistent digging and an efficient offense.
Fishers tallied 53 digs with junior libero Emma Rosenberg’s 12 leading the team. Junior setter Rose Duffy was second with 11 and also put up an impressive 40 assists.
Duffy’s distribution helped the team hit an incredible 0.435 efficiency. Senior outside Mallory Hernandez led with 15 kills, and junior outside Audrey Haworth had 10. Junior middle Haley Soper and freshman opposite Camryn Haworth each had five kills.
Freshman middle Jada Allen played all three sets and led the team with 2.5 blocks.
All three Fishers teams play this Thursday night when Noblesville comes to FHS for HCC play.
