Girls Junior Varsity Track & Field, Girls Varsity Track & Field · Girls Track Fall Conditioning Begins September 4

The girls track team will have options to lift weights this fall for any athlete not currently in a fall sport after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning September 4th.  We will be lifting with soccer and basketball.


All athletes must have a physical on file with the Athletic Office AND must have completed the online sports registration on the FHS Athletics Website (


Please meet Coach Belloli down at the new weight room changed and ready to lift on Tuesday at 3:15pm.  Lifting should be finished by 4:00pm.
