Fishers High School Welcomes Three New Head Coaches

Fishers, IN (April 26, 2017) — Fishers High School is proud to announce that Hamilton Southeastern School Board has voted to accept the personnel recommendations for the Head Coach of Boys Basketball, Boys/Girls Swimming and Diving, and Wrestling.

Matthew Moore has been named the new Head Coach for Boys Basketball. Coach Moore comes to Fishers after a three-year stint as the Head Coach for the Kokomo Wildkats. Prior to coaching at Kokomo, Moore served Mount Vernon Nazarene University as the Head Coach from 2009-2014.

Joseph Keller has been appointed the Head Coach for Boys/Girls Swimming & Diving. Coach Keller comes to Fishers after 25-years as the Head Coach for the Northridge Raiders in Middlebury, Indiana. While at Northridge, Keller’s boys and girls teams won 29 IHSAA sectional titles.

Jason Cook has been selected as the Head Coach for Wrestling. Coach Cook spent last season as the Assistant Coach at West Lafayette High School. Prior to last season, Coach Cook was the Assistant Coach at Chesterton High School for eight seasons.

“Fishers High School looks forward to the impact that these coaches will make with their respective programs. We believe that their experience and vision will add to the culture of Fishers High School,” said FHS Athletic Director Jim Brown.
