Meet Recap

The Fishers High School Boys Swimming and Diving Team swam to a second place finish in a very exciting Hamilton Southeastern Sectional. The Tigers were led by Junior Kyle Haflich, who won the 200 IM and the 100 Back, and was part of both Fishers Champion Relays. Those relays were the 200 Medley Relay (Haflich, Baldwin, Stallworth, Crull) and the 400 Free Relay (Moser, Yorkman, Haflich, Stallworth) in 3:08.96, which broke Sectional, Pool and Fishers HS records! Senior Joe Moser won the 50 Free and placed 3rd in the 100 Fly. Junior Cole VanDevender won the Diving; Junior Nick Harris won the 500 and Junior Noah Baldwin won the 100 Breaststroke. All winners qualify for the State Meet held at the IUPUI Natatorium on Friday and Saturday. Other automatic qualifiers are the 200 Free Relay (Wolf, Yorkman, Crull, Moser). At Large qualifiers will be named later on Sunday morning.
