For as good as Luke Duermit and the Tigers offense were in Game 1 of the series, Chris Conway and the Millers offense were even better in Game 2. The Fishers Tigers Varsity Baseball team (4-3/1-1) dropped Game 2 losing 11-0 in 6 innings to 4A #3 Noblesville. Conway threw a 1 hitter for the Millers. Sophomore Luke Duermit picked up the only Tiger hit beating out an infield single up the middle.
Sophomore Ryan Metz (1-1) picked up his first loss of the season. Junior Cameron Boyd pitched the final 2.2 innings, striking out 5.
With the series tied 1-1, the Tigers will host the Millers on Saturday for the 3rd and final game of the series. First pitch is at 11am.
