Meet Recap

Last night the Lady Tigers competed at the Arabian Round Up in Pendleton. It was great weather this year, which made for some impressive performances!
The Tigers placed 2nd overall with 41 points, out of 15 teams, while HSE took home the win with 28 points. Fishers was led by Junior Debbie Shera who placed 4th overall, followed by her teammates Abby Carter, and Kamya Lapsley in 6th & 7th. Rounding out the 5 scorers were Tessa Kraft (10th) and Freshman Brynn Urban (14th).

In the JV race, the Tigers dominated the race, scoring a perfect 15 points! The race was won by Sophomore Corinne Yorkman with a 20:26. In 2nd was Margaret Saul with a new PR time of 20:48, 3rd went to Elinor Carmona, 4th Mia Contino also running a PR time of 21:00 and the final scorer for the JV was Liz Rogers.

Our 2 athletes earning the Tigger awards for the meet were Abby Carter in the Varsity race and Mia Contino in the JV.
