Unified Track finishes 2nd in Conference Track Meet

The Tigers Unified Track and Field team completed a very strong performance Saturday by finishing in 2nd place at the first HCC Unified Track and Field meet. The Tigers scored 108 points, behind champion Noblesville’s 115 points and ahead of third place Avon’s 103 points. Scoring in the top three in their events and heats for the Tigers were: Timothy Jackson 1st place 100m (12.10) and 1st place long jump (18-2.75); Jack Smith 2nd 100m (14.57); Kellen Bridgeforth 3rd 100m (15.81); Jacob Sanderson 3rd 400m (1:02.21); Nick Taulman 2nd 400m (1:11.30); Colin Schooley 2nd long jump (6-05); John Bixler 1st shot put (29-04); Gabby Puccinelli 3rd shot put (21-10); the 4×100 relay team of Leyton Dale, Evan Barker, Jonathan Smith, Jack Smith 2nd place (54.18). This was a great team effort and all members of the team should be very proud of their accomplishments.
