Game Recap

The Tigers Varsity Boys Basketball team was in action tonight on the road for their last regular season game before Sectional play against the Warren Central Warriors. In the 1st quarter, the Tigers started out slow only scoring 8 points in the quarter. Warren led at the end of the quarter 18-8. In the 2nd quarter, the Tigers fought back to get back in the game. Warren led by 6 points at halftime 22-28. In the 3rd quarter, the Warriors put together a huge quarter by scoring 22 points in the quarter and extending their led 12 points. The Warriors led 50-38 at the end of the quarter. In the 4th quarter, Warren continued their great play and sealed the game 70-55 The Tigers were led in scoring by Armaan Franklin with 23 points and 7 rebounds. Jamil Turner-Hall chipped in with 11 points. The Tigers finish the regular season 10-13 and 4-3 in conference play. The Tigers are back in action on the road to play cross-town rival the Hamilton Southeastern Royals at Carmel High School in the Sectional Tournament on Tuesday, February 28th with a 7:30pm tip-off.
