Meet Recap

The Fishers High School Swimming and Diving Team kicked off the championship season in impressive fashion with it’s 2nd place finish at the Hoosier Crossroad Conference Reserve Championships held at Hamilton Southeastern HS. The unique team scoring system involves the number of swimmers entered in the 50 determining the scoring, and then dividing the total team score by the number of athletes. The Tigers were led by Freshman Hannah Pratt who set two meet records, winning the 200 Free in 1:56.21 and the 100 Free in 54.44, and anchored the winning 400 Free Relay with a 53.0 split. The other members of that relay were Zoe Luckie, Emma Julien and Carissa Schneider. Scneider (2nd) and Luckie (4th) also finished in the top 8 in the 200 Free. Emma Julien finished 2nd in the 200IM, closely followed by Tigers Lindsay Reichert (3rd) and Anna Stephan (4th). Megan Pinson placed 7th and Claire Scnefke 9th in the diving; Sarah Jacobs and Kayce Ingram place 2nd and 3rd in the 100 Fly while Julien took the 7th place ribbon.
